#28: Eye in the Sky
Someone had the idea to make this incredibly creative piece of skywriting. I can only assume that the intention was to draw a speech bubble in the sky, but by the time the bubble was drawn, the text inside had completely faded. Either that or someone just drew a weird and random shape. I really have no other way to interpret it.

You really have to wonder what drives someone to waste a massive budget and send a pilot and plane up into the sky in order to create a strange cloud merely. As if clouds aren’t always strangely shaped enough. You may as well have just paid a five-year-old to find shapes in existing ones. You might have gotten more interested in skywriting.
