Attack of the Bridezilla
Bridezillas are a real thing. I thought it was just a myth, something that people tell each other on the Internet, until my college roommate turned into one. Some people just really think that their wedding is the most important thing that has ever happened and that it justifies them acting like absolute monsters to get the day that they want.
In this case, the “absolute monster” portion of it came in when this bride took advantage of her friend’s generosity, despite clearly not actually liking this friend that much and having no intention of keeping up the friendship once the wedding was over. I hope she really likes her husband, because if she behaves like that, she’s going to lose all her friends and will only have her husband left for company.
