Stress Relief Time
Being a parent is never easy, but being a single mother to 14 children is especially stressful. Because of this, Nadya has had to find ways to relax, de-stress, and take care of herself in order to maintain the happiness and well-being of both herself and her family. One of the ways that Nadya de-stresses is by devoting a portion of her time each week to working out in a fitness center.
Nadya said in a post on one of her social media accounts, “By the end of the day, I’m drenched, and the stress is literally dripping off of me.” “Being physically active has been a significant factor in assisting me in overcoming a lot of the struggles I’ve faced throughout my entire life.”
