#6: Joe Morgan Operated a Snowplow in Massachusetts

This Joe Morgan was not the Hall of Fame second baseman but a popular Boston baseball figure known as Turnpike Joe. While managing in the Red Sox farm system during the 1970s and 1980s, he spent winters driving snowplows. His experience included working through New England’s famous 1978 blizzard.
