#29: Subjective Art
There’s something about this raccoon sculpture (made of either carved wood or clay; it’s not entirely clear) that seems to beg for placement on a sunny porch or in a living room to confuse and enchant your guests. These animal sculptures are popular in regions of the United States where hunting is a popular pastime, but we couldn’t really tell you why.
This raccoon sculpture seems to be life-sized, if not slightly bigger than your typical scavenger friend, which we think makes him all the more adorable. And look at his little face with those sparkling, beady eyes! He seems like a polite gentleman bandit, and we’d love to take him home.
