#25: Tinkertoys
Tinkertoy was as genius as it was simple. It was basically wooden spools and rods that could be designed into different shapes and structures, encouraging creativity and engineering skills in young kids. It was first created in 1914 and was inspired by watching children play with spools and wooden sticks.
