Pretty Accurate
While I don’t mind those who care for their bodies as temples, I’m definitely in this category. Sure, I eat plenty of vegetables, but when it comes to sweets and Coke, well… I reach for one more than I should while only sleeping four hours a night and then feel terrible for days.
I need to get healthier, but I should try some other things before resorting to working out. Maybe those spinach and kale smoothies that everyone keeps talking about. Or perhaps I could buy a yoga setup or a peloton and hope that just by owning it, I’ll become healthier!
