It’s an undeniable fact that we all face stressful and difficult situations in life. Some people may feel like they’re spiraling out of control, but the best way to deal with stress is to take things one day at a time. You can compartmentalize all the different things occupying your mind and focus on each task separately.
Why is it that whenever we are required to give advice to others, we seem to do such a fantastic job, but when we need to hear the same thing, we can’t seem to receive it? This appears to be a recurrent theme among many individuals. For some reason, we’re able to comprehend other people’s difficulties but not our own.
