#20: San Francisco’s Free Concerts in Golden Gate Park

On September 28, 1975, tens of thousands of music fans flooded Golden Gate Park for a massive free outdoor concert featuring San Francisco Bay Area rock icons Jefferson Starship and the Grateful Dead. Jefferson Starship lead guitarist Craig Chaquico energized the massive crowd from the stage lip during their performance.
