The ceremony at Bethesda by the Sea Episcopal Church was traditional and elegant, and the groom’s daughter Ivanka read from the Bible throughout the service.

While guests dined on lobster and caviar, Billy Joel provided them with entertainment in the background. The bride wore a couture gown that had been designed by John Galliano of Christian Dior. The dress took approximately 1,000 hours to produce and cost roughly $100,000. Pearls and rhinestones made of crystal were hand-stitched onto the garment.
