#11: Being Drunk in a Bar
Some states have unusual laws about intoxication in public places. In Alaska, it is technically illegal for a visibly drunk person to remain inside a bar. These laws were meant to control disorderly behavior, but they create a contradiction, since bars exist for drinking, making enforcement both rare and impractical.
