Making a change
Tina had really been pushed to the limit. She loved her family more than anything but raising four children and looking after everyone can take its toll on the body. Her husband would come back from work and see just how tired she was. He knew that she needed to change her lifestyle.
So one night, he told her that he was thinking about starting to hike. He had heard from some friends at work that hiking was one of the best experiences that they’d had in a long time. Also, being outside in nature reduces stress drastically. Tina thought it sounded like a great idea.
