We don’t know about this
Okay, we have to admit, this one we aren’t entirely sure about. Is it healthy for you to put your kids to sleep that early and wake them up at 5:20 am for school the next morning? Do they live extremely far away from the school itself and have no other choice? If that’s the case we get it.
But missing dinner is something that should not happen, kids need nutrition to grow up big and strong after all. On top of all of this, waking kids up that early can really affect their growth as well, children need a lot of sleep, and even more, so do teenagers. Just ask us, in high school we couldn’t wait but fall asleep each night.
