Portrayed by Alec Baldwin, Jack offers business-savvy advice and is quick-witted, which keeps everyone on their toes, in a good way. Despite being elitist, he offers genuine care for his employees that reaches them. He also proves to be a useful mentor for Liz Lemon, giving her plenty of tough love to help her become the best writer she can be.
