Susan was in a state of extreme disarray. Not only was it the worst possible time to learn about her fiancé’s disloyalty, but they had already covered all of the wedding expenses! Susan’s friends advised her to cancel the wedding rather than go through with what she knew was a trick. Susan, who had gone into a state of shock, couldn’t take it anymore.
