#3: Pizza Hut Priazzo (1970s)
Pizza Hut was onto something with their ”70s-era Priazzo. Designed with the authentic recipes of Italy in mind, the Priazzo incorporated layers of cheese, meat, and sauce that were enclosed in a pie-like crust. Despite this item’s popularity among pizza lovers, the Priazzo simply took too long to make for a brand that thrived off quick service delivery.
