Dismantling furniture can often lead to the dreaded dilemma of misplaced screws and hardware. A simple yet effective solution is to store these small, but crucial, components in a sandwich bag immediately upon removal.
To ensure you can effortlessly reassemble the furniture later, take an extra step: jot down the name of the furniture piece and the specific use of each screw or piece of hardware on a notecard, and place this card inside the bag with the hardware. This method can save time and avoid confusion during reassembly.
