#48: You Get What You Pay For
This might be the case where the adage “you get what you pay for” is the opposite. Some restaurants and particular chefs are tired of the old way of doing things. “Who needs plates?!” they say—nobody at this restaurant. When looking for a more ~interactive~ dining-out experience, be careful what you wish for!

I would assume that the patrons knew what they were getting themselves into when they ordered a tiny appetizer served in the palm of their hands. I at least hope so, because they would probably need to give their hands a good extra scrub before the chef slapped them with a dainty scoop of puree. This might be a case of their own.
