Anyone up for a swim?
It takes a minute or two for this image to be fully assimilated. We’re not sure we’d have been brave enough to take this image before fleeing for our lives. Fortunately, Robert Serrec had been set up to catch him in the split second before he bolted.
When the French photographer was in Queensland, Australia, he noticed this shape in the sea. The eel-like creature is reported to be 80 feet long and gives the impression of gliding gently through the water. Realized eels don’t get anything near this size. Nobody has ever figured out what was at the top on that particular day. We should think twice before entering any body of water.
