19. Almost Feels like a Bookend Close
World War II was a dark point in history that we are still feeling the repercussions from. It was also the end of an era and the beginning of a brand-new age. So much happened that it’s no surprise that so much changed in the landscape at the turn of the age.
Some of the most prominent leaders of the time before this change and the end of the war all died within the same month. In many ways, it almost feels like a bookend close that paved the way for those changes.
