Ben, it appears, is the only guy working there. So he took the liberty to modify the men’s restroom sign. Nobody is supposed to use it but him, after all. The “M” in the sign was changed with a “B,” as in “Ben.” Ben now has complete control over this room. Go, Ben! You get your own bathroom and can enjoy it without interruptions from other people—more power to him.

What if they hire more men, and their names aren’t Ben? I mean, isn’t that something that should happen at some point? What if they pick only one guy for the job, and Ben was chosen? What if Ben is let go and Ken takes his place? There are so many issues to consider.
