We can’t even begin to imagine how hard and competitive it is these days to stay relevant as a cafe, restaurant, or bar. And in order to stay relevant and to keep customers coming back, you need to switch things up every now and again. Whether it be changing the soundtrack that plays in the background, your setting arrangement, or the food, small changes can make a big difference. However, not everyone is up for these changes. The We Want Plates movement created back in 2015 by Ross McGinnes has been demanding food and drinks be served the old-fashioned way. We applaud every business owner that tries something different every now and again to keep business strong, but sometimes as well-intentioned as something might be, can miss the mark.
Test Results Are In
When you go traveling, there is nothing more exciting than getting to try all of the different cultural foods. Whether it be street food or sitting down at a restaurant, so much of enjoying a new place has a lot to do with getting to know the culture. And the food is a big part of culture!
We wish we didn’t know that these were wrapped in someone’s old urine test results because these fries look bangin’! Have you ever seen fries that look crispier than that? But the experience is now somewhat tainted. Would it have killed the stand to give them anything other than that to eat off of?
