Cabbage Bowl, Anyone?
These days the conversation around food security and food waste has become more mainstream, in a way that allows the average person to understand what is really at stake. We have to be diligent now more than ever about not wasting food.
Can someone please tell me why this restaurant felt it necessary to serve soup in large charred cabbage bowls? Let’s be honest, no one would want to/be able to eat this whole cabbage after finishing their soup. I would hate to think about how many cabbages they waste doing this…
