#7: All About Eve (1950)
As its title implies, All About Eve is a movie about a woman named Eve who wants everything to be about her. Starring the incomparable Bette Davis as Margo Channing and Anne Baxter as Eve Harrington, this drama is almost like a 1950 Single White Female without the horror.

All About Eve has also had one of Marilyn Monroe’s early roles. With its stacked cast that included actors like George Sanders and Celeste Holm, it’s no wonder the film became the first in history to receive 14 Academy Award nominations and the only one to have four female acting nominations.
