The Location of Virginia Zoo is Norfolk, Virginia, which was Founded in 1900.More than a century old, the Virginia Zoo opened in 1901 as the Lafayette Zoological Park. Today, the park sits on 53 acres and has more than 700 animals across 150 species.Its main exhibits include the Africa-Okavango Delta, Asia-Trail of the Tiger, Australia Walkabout, North America, and World of Reptiles.
