Here’s a pretty strange thing to deal with. This person owed the toll booth company some money for taking the toll. That’s not the strange part—the strange part is that they were charged $1.00 for using the toll services but would have to pay $1.20 if they sent their money by US Postage.

Now, they could’ve just paid online and only been charged $1.00, or they could’ve relied on snail mail and been charged an additional 20¢. This is why you have to read the fine print, guys. First, it’s 20¢. Next time, it might be 30¢!
