A Medieval Cat
The bottom left painter made a stylistic choice so that we can forgive them. As for the others… I’m not even sure what to say. They got a decent description, I guess. You can see the ears, fur, and tail. But it does make you wonder what they were looking at while painting!
Cats should be simple to still life or portrait. They merely…rest there for the most part. I attempted to find an answer for the upper left and thought I had struck gold because it is “The White Cat” by Pierre Bonnard in the Japonism style, but every work I encountered had necks and proportionate legs. Nothing. Sorry!
