The Audacity
We appreciate when people dare to approach us, especially if they are strangers. It shows confidence and social skills. However, there are some people who we would rather not talk to, such as those we don’t like or have made no eye contact with. In general, anyone who isn’t part of our close group of friends should avoid approaching us.
People who talk to strangers are often bold. Sometimes, it can come across as invasive—intruding on our personal space and time. It’s accessible to why some people would want nothing more than to be left alone. As introverts, we tend to shy away from social interaction and prefer peace. So when someone does approach us unexpectedly, it definitely gets our attention.
