Sign You Name Across My Heart
Many of these comics, or perhaps even all of them, may be interpreted in several ways. One way to take the meaning of this one is to believe that money is unimportant. Even if you use the most expensive pen and have poor handwriting, it will still be terrible. While that may be true (for example, if you don’t bathe and apply deodorant), this statement can also be interpreted differently.
When I saw this, I was thinking about the characteristics required to acquire wealth (and afford pens like this). Some people are born into money, but you’d be surprised to learn that many of today’s self-made millionaires do not have everything you’d expect them to have. Many of them don’t have skills in writing or arithmetic that you would think they needed. And I’m not just talking about excellent penmanship here.
