Personally, I’ve always been a big fan of the Count on Sesame Street. Do you know why? Because his name is the Count, and he counts. And even as a 5-year-old, that was a joke that I could wrap my tiny little brain around.

Apparently, this fine young person did not catch on to that quite as quickly as other people did. I would love to know what was going through her head when she watched Sesame Street. Did she see the Count start counting and just think “I guess I don’t see why he shouldn’t be counting all the time”?
