#29: Put Your Feet Up
The famous Terry Pratchett has a few things to say about a good pair of boots, and this proves his case. These were bought in 2010 for $350. Sure, that seems expensive, but this guy has worn them every chance he’s gotten, and they are still holding up. Twelve years might not seem like a long time, but stop and think about how often you need to replace your daily shoe wear.
These are Frye Fulton Leather boots, and they come a bit roughed up right out of the package. You can find them used for around $80, but brand new, they are still pretty pricey. I’d say it’s worth it, though, if they match your aesthetic! If they aren’t quite your style, there are a dozen different ones available!
