I Don’t Think It Means What You Think It Means
A part of childhood is learning new words and adding them to your vocabulary. The tough aspect comes from the fact that it’s not always easy getting the definition correct. I’m sure we can all think of a time when we used a word incorrectly for a while until someone else clarified the true meaning.
This is an especially harsh story for a kid, though he’s lucky it was his mom he made the mistake in front of and not someone who would make fun of him for it the rest of his life. I want to know: who said that word around a 10-year-old for him to have heard it at all?
