#3: James Madison
Just because he was the president a long time ago doesn’t mean that he wasn’t capable of schooling someone on a certain topic. The 5th president of the United States, James Madison, also known as the father of the Consitution, was instrumental in writing the Bill of Rights as well as the Monroe Doctrine.
Being a rather small man at 5 feet and 4 inches, Madison’s high IQ definitely compensated for where he lacked in height at 160. He and president Thomas Jefferson both created the Democrat-Republican parties known in politics today. Born and raised in Virginia, Madison attended Princeton, what was then known as the College of New Jersey.
