Peppers
Peppers don’t need to be refrigerated and can be stored on the counter for several days. They must be uncut for this to be true. It’s best to store the peppers in a refrigerator crisper to preserve them crunchy and juicy for longer if you’ve already cut into the pepper and want to save a bit of it.
If you wait too long, your peppers will get limp and dry. Softness is a symptom that your bell pepper has gone bad, so i guess, no refrigeration then. However, this should not happen frequently because peppers have a long shelf life even after they have been chopped provided they are properly stored.
